Central Michigan manufacturers are increasingly calling for skilled workers.  Yet, according to several recent reports, employers are having difficulty finding talent.  Additionally, it is clear that the talent development shortage looms large in Michigan.  The purpose of the GI-TEC Career Academy Teacher Externship Program is to bring career-based classroom curricula to life and to build a bridge between skill-based education.
